This fee ensures that we are not charging our clients who do hire us to construct their project for free estimates given out to those who are simply testing the waters. Our token fee ensures that we are dedicating our time to potential clients who desire quality construction in a timely fashion.

post meeting Proposal or bid within 1 to 2 weeks we will deliver our bid to construct your home or project to you by email, hand delivery or U.S. Post. Allowances your proposal may include allowances for materials that you have not yet selected. These allowances allow for a speedy bid process while allowing you time to select any materials that have not yet been specified. If your selected material costs more than the allowance you will be billed for the difference, if it is less you will be credited. construction Schedule Upon signing of our agreement we will prepare a scheudle of construction for your use. This schedule will give a timeline of construction activities and provide any access needs and other details. Upon your approval of the schedule we will begin to order materials and pre-construction activities will begin. Permit Simultaneous with scheduling we will prepare and submit your drawings for permit. The schedule will include an anticipated time for permit approval. Construction Upon issue of permit construction activities will begin. Construction progress should go as schedule with provisions for weather delays and materials availability delays. Availability of materials is critical to maintaining a schedule. Delays in material delivery will be reported to you so that you remain informed of the progress. Substantial completion Upon substantial or 95% completion we will meet to discuss any outstanding issues and develop a punch list. This punch list will include any items that you or we feel need to be handled prior to delivery of the completed project. This list will be addressed and a post completion walk through meeting will be scheduled to hand over your project to you for your enjoyment. |
